Ultimatix App: Making Workflows Smarter for TCSers
A complete redesign of TCS’s UxApps mobile experience—crafted to simplify frequently-used workflows, improve discoverability of essential services, and boost employee engagement on the go.

The Challenge
While Ultimatix offered critical functions, it was underutilized on mobile. New joiners struggled with onboarding, employees couldn’t easily find services, and app discovery was buried under content-heavy banners. There was no centralized place for updates or support.
My Role
I led the UX direction, aligning with DTCoE research insights. My responsibilities included conceptual design, feasibility validation, user flow definition, and delivering actionable UI solutions in line with organizational requirements.
